Organic steam distilled essential oils. Not for consumption. 

Please dilute essential oils before putting in bath or using on the bare skin. 

When making a blend consider a top, middle, and bottom note. 

Top or Middle note. 

Balsam Fir smells fresh, crisp and coniferous.

Inhalation is said to be mood boosting and help clear  the respiratory system.
Great in a diffuser or made into room spray. Balsam Fir is said to not only be mood elevating but also said to be good to purify the air of airborne pathogens.
Can add to the bath remember to dilute in a carrier oil.

Blends well with:

Cloves, Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary, Frankincense, Cedarwood, and most other tree scents

Top or Middle note. 

Black Spruce is fresh, coniferous, woody, green and earthy. Inhale to enjoy the fresh and said to be energizing and uplifting. Black Spruce is also said to help relieve congestion,  purifying and cleansing the air! 

Diffuse to enjoy its fresh green coniferous scent.
Add to a carrier oil for massage or body oil to help ease muscular tension and joint pain.
Makes a beautiful room scent.
Makes a great natural cleaner.
Add to a bath or shower. Make sure to dilute it into a carrier oil before adding it to your bath. 
Makes a great facial steam

Blends well with:

Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Frankincense, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Fir,

Base note

Cedar Wood has a warm, woody and balsamic scent.

Inhaled it is said Cedar Wood is to be very grounding, Calming, emotional balancing, and on the other hand also said to be uplifting in its own soothing way.

Add to your diffuser or create a room spray for its grounding and calming scent.  It is also said to be a bug and moth repellent. 
Add to massage oil blend as it is said Cedar Wood is very grounding, calming and soothing.
Cedar Wood can be a great addition to your home made beauty blends as it is said to be soothing for acne prone skin and also a irritated scalp.

Lemon, Orange, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Frankincense, Black Spruce, Sage, Balsam Fir

Top or Middle note. 

Our Eucalyptus is fresh, woody, and medicinal. When I smell Eucalyptus it makes me think of the spa. Fresh and clean.

Base note

Frankincense has an earthy, woody and warm like honey scent. 

Frankincense is said to have a plethora of benefits and its very versatile. That is why it has earned the title KING of essential oils

When inhaled Frankincense is said to be calming and grounding.
Add to your diffuser or create your own room spray for its grounding aroma
Can be used in homemade beauty recipes. It's said that Frankincense can be helpful in reducing inflammation, redness and soothing to the skin.
Great addition to a relaxing bath. Just remember to dilute it into a carrier oil.
Add to a massage oil as it is said that frankincense is grounding and also maybe soothing to sore joints.

Lavender, Lemon, Black Spruce, Sage, Balsam Fir, Orange, Cedar Wood, Rosemary

Top or Middle note. 

Nope not a typo this is a type of lavender. It is a natural occurring hybrid between two lavender species Lavandula angustifolia aka True or English lavender & Lavandula latifolia aka Spike Lavender. Lavandin has a herbaceous undertone along with its gorgeous fresh and sweet floral notes.

When inhaled it can have soothing and calming effects. 
Can be applied safely neat to sores, bug bites and other skin irritations
Great for diffuser, or made into a room or linen spray.
Add to a bath, or use as a facial steam.
Blend into a carrier oil for a massage or body oil.

Blends well with:

Almost Anything...Sweet Orange, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Frankincense, Cedar Wood, Black Spruce, Rosemary, Peppermint

Harlow tip- when blending Essential Oils and a blend is not going right or just needs one more thing to link all the essential notes together. Add a drop of lavender.

Top note. 

Lemon Essential oil smells like fresh lemon rids just much more concentrated. Fresh, bright, energizing and clean. Sunshine in a bottle. This oil is photosensitive meaning it is extremely sensitive to UV light so can cause sunburn with long exposure to the sun. 

Use in diffuser
Wonderful to inhale to clear brain fog
Great to use for a natural cleaning product
Very effective in removing sticky labels 
Lemon can be added to skin care, but only at night.

Lavender, Peppermint, Spearmint, Sage, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Rosemary

Top note. 

Lime essential oil smells like concentrated lime peels. Brightly citrus a bit sweet and tart. This oil is photosensitive meaning it is extremely sensitive to UV light so can cause sunburn with long exposure to the sun.

Peppermint has a menthol, crisp, cooling and fresh scent

Inhalation of peppermint oil can help with brain fog and bring more alertness
Diffusing peppermint oil can offer its very fresh scent and might assist some energy. Makes also a great room mist.
Peppermint can be lovely for a cooling massage of sore muscles. Remember a little goes a long way with this one. Dilute in your favourite carrier oil
Make a very fresh facial steam bath
Add peppermint to your own natural cleaner recipes
Peppermint can be used in a blend to help aid digestion.

Middle note

Rosemary has a warm herbaceous, invigorating and fresh scent. It can be very camphorus depending on the variety of Rosemary.

When inhaled Rosemary is said to be stimulating and help with clarity and focus. 
Use in a diffuser or make into a room spray. Rosemary is said to be great for the respiratory system and help with mental clarity.
Great addition to a massage oil as it is said to be helpful with sore muscles, joint pain and circulation. 
Rosemary can create a beautiful facial steam, as it is said to help with mental clarity, relieving to the respiratory system, and promote clear skin.

Middle note. 

Sage has an earthy herbaceous, fresh, camphorus and warm scent.

Sage works well in a diffuser or made into a room spay
When inhaled can help with with nervousness, mental fatigue and headaches
Makes a beautiful and balancing facial steam bath
Can be used to heal wounds, cuts and bruises. Must be diluted into a carrier oil if applied to the skin.
Can be added to a bath. Just make sure to dilute it into a carrier oil before adding it to the bath. 
Can also be used in a massage oil for sore muscles and joints.

Top note

Sweet Orange essential oil has a cheerfully bright citrus scent. It's said to be uplifting without being overstimulating.

Inhale to enjoy the uplifting but also said to be calming and relaxing.
Use in a diffuser to enjoy its clean and cheerful scent or make it into a room spray
Add to your favourite natural cleaner recipes.

Spearmint has a softer mintiness than its cousin Peppermint. It has a velvet, fresh softness in its very own minty way.

When Inhaled spearmint is said to be calming, clear brain fog, and help open the respiratory system.

*Harlow Tip - Use Tea Tree and Lavender together to help with blemishes, scars, and help promote healing. I recommend every medicine cabinet should  have both lavender and Tea Tree. Together they are a wonderful healing team.
